• Rewrite read_vcf() function to no longer use motifbreakR::snps.from.file() and use VariantAnnotation::readVcf() instead, followed by some post-processing.
• Move motifbreakR to Suggests avoiding the hard dependency, since motifbreakR isn’t technically a requirement to install and use tfboot.
